This driver should be installed by PC Companion (http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/PC%20Companion/Sony%20PC%20Companion_2.10.136_Web.exe)
If installing PC Companion doesn't help you could also use the USB-drivers in the Android SDK. You will however need to force that installation from the device manager in Windows.

Select update driver for the device from the device manager, select the 2:nd option, select the 2:nd option, click the have disk option and browse to the driver folder where you installed the SDK. In my PC it's C:\android-sdk-windows\extras\google\usb_driver.
