cellphone wont start

my cellphone was good till one day it shutdown and then i cahrge it but the red light appear i let like that for one hour i try starting the phone but wont work i connected it to the pc with the usb but it wont work the pc wont read it i wont turn on i try every start on it wont start pls help

my phone is a: xperia ion lte28i

connect your phone to the wall charger > press and hold Power & volume down for 8 seconds > let it charge for 1hr

make sure you do press and hold both buttons at the "same time" and you hold them for 8-10 seconds

all that while connected to a wall charger? have you try a different charger and/or wall socket?

i have used a machine that cahrges android phones and you can hear music from it its call philips

Hello Dominic

when you connect your original charger with your xperia does the red light goes live? if not then check your phone charger port. maybe it was damaged by you and if not then restart your phone by pressing "power button and volume up button" both at a same time for 5-10 sec until it vibrates. if it does then let it charge it for atleast 1 hour before you start using it. It may be your battery got completey empty and you forgot to charge your phone on time.

If your phone is still in charging mode and the red light goes off after 30min then there should be an orange light and it will appear till your battery status shows 90% and then it will turn into green color and at 100% you can unplug your charger.
