As both Uliwooly and Nabeel says, it's normal that the phone gets a bit warmer then usual when playing games or using power-consuming applications.

The phone has built in functions to prevent overheating and will eventually shut down if it reaches critical temperatures. As long as you don't feel uncomfortable using the phone, you don't have to worry or send it to service.

As uliwooly said, it's completely normal.

The phone owns a 1.7GHZ dual core, it gets hot when used on full frequencies for longer times.

However there is auto feature. If temperature goes above 50*C, the cores automatically clock themeselves down until phone gets a little cooler. During this time, you may face lag with games.

Just mak sure it's not getting tooo hot giving a burning like smell or something.

In that case it would be better to have it checked at Sony service center
