Headset Effect

Hi All,

I got Live With Walkman four month back and at that time headset had good effect and sound as well, but now effect have been reduced and sound was very low. I checked physically there was nothing damaged. wires are perfect. And i have valid warantty, will headset failure comes under Warrenty.

Are you sure the phone software has not been "upgraded"

Its extremely unlikely that both earpieces fail the way you describe

More likely your player settings have changed

Only the early Gingerbread players seem to have the best sound on LWW

Am sure my phone s/w was not updgraded and i even connected with my lap i found low sound there also.. BTW its not entirely failed, sound was low. And sometimes it will get gound sound, suddendly i will loose effect...

6 months warranty i guess for accessories that came with phone.

It varies in some countries the accessories will carry the same warranty as the handset however the Xperia Care Centre will be able to clarify this for you.
