camera led flash issues/mobile data connection issues

Hi, this is my first Sony device and I love my XZ. but today while at a birthday party when I tried to take pics, my flash would not work. Had it set on auto, changed it to off and back again,still no luck. Has anyone else have this problem?

Also my mobile data connection drops out constantly!!! I have to reboot phone every 5mins for connection to stay on for about 2 minutes at a time! Really annoying! I have full bars and H+ signal 99% of the time. Not sure what is happening or if theses issues are related.

Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated.

flash or connectivity? connectivity it's usually a faulty SIM card, or poor network coverage. do you have a micro SIM card or did you trim your old SIM card? it doesn't hurt to get a brand new sim card.

Either issue. I tried multiple sim cards. I think the connectivity is software. But flash issue....

I'm in USA. I really like this phone just trying to get an estimate on how long im going to be without it. Trying to prepare myself lol!

here in the good old US of A takes between 4-6 weeks at least that's what they told me, but since this is a new phone it might be longer

Not sure yet. Waiting to hear from clove.co.UK tomorrow. But I don't think so. Keep my fingers crossed. Sony USA said I have to send it back to the UK. 😞

indeed, you have to send it back to the UK as Sony doesn't have international warranty, but perhaps clove.co can help you out.
