Apperantly what i seen on the web is product fault and which only option is replacement with your dealer. There were quite a lot of threads going on this topic in this forum, but the last resort is the replacement. I wish this was meant to say but you made a wrong choice getting a Ray. I know how frustrate it could be!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
