hi, i just bought my Xperia acro s on november 2012, but i've met with a battery issue now that needs to be solved.

i've charged my battery for 6 hours in row (maybe more) from 6% but it can't seem to be fully charged. i've removed any on going apps on the list and even restarted my phone but it doesn't solve the problem anyway... its always showing 83% of battery left and even though battery widgets shows that it is still charging...

may i know what caused this problem since the phone is still considered newly bought and here comes the battery issue, and may i know how this issue could be solved? reply as soon as possible as i'm scared that over-charge would affect the battery health, thank you 😃

I've already done that 4 times now.

Its nothing more than a temporary fix.

Could it be something terribly wrong with the HW or SW ?
