guys need help screen problem with xperia mini pro

1.at time of unlocking screen we need to push lock button or home screen button screen to lit up but the screen becomes black i can't unlock the screen.....regularly doing it 3 to 4 time it lilts up then i can unlock it....

2.when we open QWERTY keypad home screen becomes horizontal but im facing problem without opening keypad when i tilt then phone horizontal the screen also becoming horizontal...

3.im getting a lag like when i go in menu and come back to home screen some menu logo are staying on the screen and after 15 to 20 seconds they go...it's kind of lag is developed...

this has developed all of sudden...screen hasn't been damaged or anything.....

i have tried to fix it by master reset but problem stays....just going to install ICS again in mobile hopefully that resolves the problem.....

im praying SONY plz give us stable ICS don't want JB just give us STABLE ICS

even after installing ICS through SUS problem exists

did you perform a factory reset after the upgrade? if not, try it, remember to back up important data,

if the problem persist try to contact your local service center for check up.
