Xperia J Vibrating Continuously

Today Morning I woke up to see that My "Xperia J" was vibrating continuously...:smileysad:

Things i did to get it back to normal=
1) Power Off
2) Taking Off The Battery

3) Phone Reset
4) Checking Vibrator in Service Menu
5) Switching modes from General to Vibration to Scilent
6) Even Tried "SUES" Flashed the stock firmware again
All failed..:smileysad:
No matter what i do it goes on vibrating day and night...:smileycry:
It starts vibrating as the moment i touch the battery to its power points....i dont even need to push the Power Button....:smileysad:
It even Vibrates when it is switched off...:smileysad:
Pleas Help Me If Any-body can....
