Help Regarding Update

Dear Members,

My Phone Developed some issue recently got restarted aautomatically and was not booting to OS.So Opened a case with Sony & Visited the Nearest Sony Service Center for a fix.The Technician Told it is a Software issue will reload the base file.The Phone is Running now with below SF Specs.

Andriod Version -- 2.3.4

Build Number -- 4.0.2.A.0.62.

Now I want to update to latest SF as it was running before issue happened.

It was running with ICS Andriod.

Andriod Version -- 4.0.4

Build Number -- 4.1.B.0.587.

The Mobile was running perfectly fine for more than month with latest update.

After the issue got resolved by Software reload by Sony technician yesterday,I connected to the PC which is loaded with PC Comanion searched for a update and hinted that 4.1.B.0.587 update is available.I decided to update it later.

Now Today I wanted to update to latest Software but the PC Companion software is showing your phone is updated.But the Phone is running with Ginger Bread version of OS.Am I missing something?????

Need your Help/Advice to update my phone to the latest version.Help regarding update would be much appreciable.

If you wish to install the latest available version for your phone I would suggest running through the Update Service program http://bit.ly/Jb00HG This would put the latest available version on your phone.
