network drop issues

whenever i make a call or there is incoming call....my phone network suddenly drops and prompts me as "no mobile network available"....i have not used it for a singleday to make call.....i gave it to service centre but they returned it with no improvements .....now they argue me and say they have done their best....and are not replacing the phone for new one....plz help;(

Try factory resetting the phone or update the phone firmware to latest one using PC Companion.

most of the time this is related to

1) a faulty SIM card, or if the SIM was trimmed instead of using a micro SIM card

2) an intrusive (unnecessary app: taskiller, antivirus, battery app)

3) incorrect APN settings.

sorry but my internet is at par and apn address resolves only net problem.....i have no difficulty using net but problem arises only when i make or recieve a call.I contacted sony people and now they will replace the set it seems.

Do you have the LTE-version of Xperia Z? If so your SIM and subscription must support LTE. If not, try setting the phone to WCDMA/GSM under Settings -> More -> Mobile networks -> Network mode.

I have the same issue,if I enable lte I almost never make calls or receive calls. if I use lower speed data options no issue, but with lte the signal drops when u make a call or receive a call. even 422 have not resolved this issue, any ideas
