Application close unexpectedly

My phone Model C6603 and used at thailand.

I and other user xperia z (Model C6603) have some issue about application close unexpectedly such as

- facebook when click on left panel menu for select group and then facebook closed itseft. I try uninstall and reinstall but can't resolve.

- eMail App closes unexpectedly, too. when i open some mail. It closed but i try download the other mail application (such as Mail microsoft) to installed and try to open mail. It still has problem.

But Xperia Z from Japan no have any problem.

Just download the PC Companion in your laptop and repair the software and this should go off. I have done repair almost two times since purchase in last week. But after that i don't have any major issues.

Many thank for your reply. But the last time i try repaired by PC Companion V2.1 but can't resolve and I ask other user. they said try to repaired by PC Companion but application still closed unexpectedly, Too.

My phone is C6602 from Thailand. It got the same problems but would like to explain more cleary.

1. Problem with the Mail. It close unexpectedly on some mail. In my opinion, it probably happen with the mail that including most of the Thai text. In addition, the problem happen with all the mail application for example, Gmail, Mail, Hotmail, etc.

2. Problem with the Browsers and/or Google search, when I open some web page or texting some text, it was close unexpectedly, and that was happen with most of the browsers in Play Store such as Chrome, Dolphin, Fast Browser, Naked Browser, ICS Browser, etc.

3. There is no way to watch Flash Video on the browser??

I have noticed this from another thread and forwarded it for investigation but I haven't got any news yet unfortunately.
