Sony xperia U Date & Time Problem?

I have a Sony xperia U phone .. there is a Problem in Date & Time function (pic) .. want to konw a way to fix this problem!!

I tried to update my phone using Sony PC Companion .. but It didn't work .. needd HELP ....

I'm unsure what seems to be the problem. You don't know to set the date?

You can scroll up and down on the values to select Apr / 6 / 2013

Per instance press the Mar and pull it up/down - this way you change the month.

The Problem is ..

sometimes It repaets two numbers .. ex - 7 (pic - there are two 7 numbers)

and It chanages with Time ...

Tried to update .. but PC companion Says " no new updates available " ...

I'm so blind :smileygrin: Now I see it show 5 7 7 .

When you go to PC companion, use the Repair to repair the software on your phone.

Go tu update, when it says you already have the latest software, press Repair my phone.

This will delete all your apps and reinstall your current software, hopefuly without this bug.

I tried .. but It didn't work either ...

It says " you already have the latest software ... try again later ... "

I used " Sony Update Service " too ... didn't work .......

don't know what to do ..............

On the same message where it says you already have the latest blah blah there is a button named "REPAIR MY PHONE". Use that.

You can always try the same thing with Update service, or just reset your phone to factory settings in settings

I did ... all

I reset my phone .. reset factor data setting! .. reset settings ...

tried to update .. and tried to repair ... using Sony Pc companion & Sony Update Service ...

but none of these worked ... ....... !!!

That looks very strange and PC Companion saying there's no software for your phone also indicates there's something wrong in your phone (unless you have rooted it or changed firmware using 3:rd party apps). I suggest you contact a local service location to have this problem investigated and fixed.

I bought it two weeks ago .. so I gave it back! They said they would call me back!

can It be fixed reinstalling android os (Gingerbread) [without " flash firmware with flashtool "] ?

I don't know anything about " flash firmware " Is it good Or bad ? cause any problems ?
