camera not available!!

my xperia go's camera isn't working right from the past 2 weeks, it shows camera isn't available or just hangs on to a black screen and after returning to the homepage when i play some music i cant hear anything neither from the speaker at the back or from the ear phones (it then works fine after restarting the phone) and just recently 4 days before when i connected it to the pc companion the camera worked fine and right after about 2 hours it was blank again!! somebody please help!

try a different SD card

also settings > apps > all > camera > clear everything > restart your phone and try again

if that doesn't work then

repair it with SUS

Update Service (SUS)

if that doesn't work then you must take it to a Sony repair center as it could be a hardware issue

i dont even have an SD card inserted in my phone, why then?

well as i, inserted an SD card it worked good but when i directly removed it again and restarted the phone it wasn't working again so i suppose it's solution is to have an SD card mounted to it all the time, right?

oh please please help, this thing just isn't working at all!! ive tried everything nothing seems to work! the camera works very very rarely! please give me a permanent solution

Given the number of problems and what you have done up to this point to try and get it going again I can only advise that you return it so that it may be assessed buy an authorised repair agent.

What are your thoughts about this forum? Let us know by doing this short survey.
