all apps are instaled on my memory phone instead on sd card,and i have a message "phone storage is getting low"

Have you tried going to Settings - Apps - All, then finding the app you want, selecting it, and then selecting "move to SD card"?

let say i'm trying do downlod an app from google play,that app will be automatically instaled on memory phone ,

I see, that's Gingerbread.

There is an application available called Apps2SD, unfortunately, it requires root to function.
