    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It all depends on which ROM you run and how new it is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some have different features and designs. Alot is down to personal taste.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ran MIUI for a while, until they stopped releasing updates for our phone. I had no isssues with it and really liked some of the features.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also bear in mind that if you have a locked bootloader whilst you can root your phone, you will be limited to what you can install. (I don't think you can change your kernel with a locked bootloader)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
