      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I updated my SOny Xperia J phone yesterday with latest software update released. nd now, the in-call volume has gone down totally. I have ask my friends to shout so that I can listen to what they are talking about when I receive calls. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please do let me know what solutions are available for resolving this ASAP?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
