Touch Not working properly

Hi Suddenly from last week onward, my touch in Xperia Mini Pro does not work. If any one has got an answer to rectify it please do let me know.

I would advise trying an update/repair before looking at returning it so it can be looked at by an authorised repair agent:

1. Before you start you have to download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

and install it on your PC.

2. Once installed on your PC, double-click the PC Companion icon on your desktop to start the update.

Note! For some models you will be prompted to do a backup prior to the update and then restore.

3. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

4. Phone Software Update.

5. Start.

6. Repair Phone

7. Continue

8. Accept data removal

9. Next

10. Wait for prepare

11. Select Phone

12. Follow the connection steps

the update or repair option did not solve the problem.

i am facing the same problem too.

I have xperia mini pro

siunce the last couple of days i am facing this touch problem.

not able to access the phone.

touch is not nesponding.

please help what should i do.

i stay in orissa,india do tell about nearest service center.

i am not what caused this problem as i take good care of y mobile.
