    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is usually caused by the address/contact being added to the phone from several sources (Gmail, Facebook, local contacts, company server etc.). Lets say you have a contact saved on your Gmail account and then you have this person as a friend on Facebook you will have this person in two contacts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To see all contacts in your phone, open contacts, press menubutton, go to filter and enable all options under accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
