Facing issues with Xperia Tipo Dual

Hello All,

Currently facing 2 issues:

1) Everytime I am doing some operation on my mobile phone like switching sims, using camera, doing settings and lot more times, A RED color boardered box is poping up on the Screen Boundary. Doesnot seem usual....

2) last one month I have been using my local wifi correctly, but recetly i was out of town for some occassion. then I got notified for some roaming set up.. (not sure why). and since then I am not able to use my wifi any more. It is always displaying "Not in range".. Whereas the my other laptop and mobiles are working fine. (there has been no changes in setting of WIFI router too. So ideally something is wrong in this model only..

Please help..

In regards to problem 1:

Main menu > Settings > Developer Options > Untick anything that is selected in here.

For problem 2:

This is likely down to the channel the router is broadcasting on. Please contact your ISP and ask them how to change the channel to one lower than 11.
