First of all it seems to be a decision by design to not include all the new features into the JB update for Xperia J. I suppose mainly due to performance reasons since the Xperia J is a lowend device.

Regarding the touch issue find another thread in this forums which recommends installing an app called "calibrate.apk" to solve the issue.

For my device I cannot confirm quick heating up or heavy battery drain nor lags.

Maybe you should contact Sony Service for checking your device.

If you have tried reinstalling the phone software using SUS but still experience problems I suggest that you contact your local support team to have the phone examined at a repair center.

http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/contact-info/

yes sir but if i am the only person to face this issue, i can very well do that..:smileyalert: but many many have posted that their xperia J is facing low volume in walkman app, youtube and many other apps after updating it to JB.. So the mistake must be probably in the JB software.. So kindly consider this issue and please provide a solution as soon as possible..

Thanks in advance...
