I bought a Sony Xperia Tipo phone on Dec 25, and started using it from the New year day and the very next day, people who were calling me complained of an echo problem and they were not able to understand what I was speaking. When I called the customer care they said that it is a common problem in the TIPO model. When it is a common problem in the device, why does not Sony stop selling that device instead of making their customers a fool and losing trust in them, because I myself have all my elctronic devices of Sony (bravia, handycam, dvd player, camera) and at this point in time, it makes me think twice before picking a sony product.

I want someone to answer me and also please suggest if there is any smartphone in sony without a problem, so that i can pick one.

Arun
