Wt19 just keeps restarting

So a few days back i noticed i could not recive calls from other people so i tried and reset my phone, but then just the sony logo apeared and then the walkman and it shut down, and then again the sony logo apeared and then the walkman logo and agan it resets and it keeps doing just this....and i can not use the repair tool since it detects my phone only for a few secs befor it resets again.

You can try repairing the phone when the phone is turned off. Use PC Companion > Support zone > Update phone software > Repair phone. Don't connect the phone until PC C tells you to.

I have the same problem, I restore it from pc companion, but its not working. Sorry for my bad english.

Did you restore any backup after you repaired the phone software? If you did, the error might have been saved in the backup file as well. Try repairing once again and use it for some time before restoring the backup, just to see if the problem still persists.

If it does, you should send in the phone to a service center as there isn't much you can do by yourself to solve this.

I just restore the phone numbers, calendar and stuff like that. No apps.

Can be the battery? because i realized that when i connect the phone to the ac, works normally, even with my sim and sd card.

If the problem doesn't occur when connected to the charger the problem might be battery related indeed. Send in the phone to a service center with a detailed error description (and you conclusion that it must be the battery that's faulty) and they should be able to help you out.

Guz i also buy this phone sony live with walkman im also facing this restarting problum from 5 days my cell phone continiously restarting but i go to mobile market and change my battery with sony ericsson vivaz now my phone is working perfect no rebooting at all or a single time ..Guyz plzz change the battery with sony ericsson vivaz i hope u all not face this restarting problum plzz shear with others so they can also change there battery with vivas but keep in mind that the battry must be orignal thankeww

yes, was the battery, change the battery and works again, starts normally, etc..

now i have another issue, when i turn on the bluethoot it reboots again and again, I just have to wait until the cellphone turns on a little moment to turn off the bluetooth and works again, i guess my bluetooth device is dead.

Somehow my phone crashed again, and when i try to use the fix samuel told me to, the red light in the top right corner flashes 3 times when i hold the volume button down or the startup button, and the strange thing is that sometimes it flashes and sometimes it does not. It is as my PC cant recognize my phone. So any suggestions?
