hello!

I got my Tipo Dual since XMas 2012. Everything worked fine until this morning. I have two sim cards, both pre-paid. First one for calls, second one for internet.

When i looked first time on my phone today, i wondered why both sim cards wanted to synchronize their contacts. The phone did a reset overnight. All settings where set to default. The whole credit of my first sim card was used up this night, because i have no data-flat for my first sim, and the default setting the phone was set to seems to be data-connection via sim one.

Questions:

1) Why the phone reseted itself?

2) If the phone would reset again, will always sim one be the one for data-traffic?

3) How to save the settings of the phone for restore it after such reset?

I have no explanation to what happened or why.

So I suggest that you reinstall the phone software using SUS to prevent and make sure that this strange error won't appear again.

You can set which SIM to use for data in the phone or configure auto switch.
