    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;suddenly I lost my speaker functionality, the problem is related to the following.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i can play music but don't hear it on the phone, i have to use my headphone and connect it to listen to it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i can call somebody, but i don't hear anything on the phone, once i plug in my headphone it is fine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I allready factory reset my phone, but this didn't help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I allready did a reinstall of the software, but still did this not help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any advice before I handover my phone to Vodafone/Sony&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem seems to be hardware related, while I checked this forum, make sure your plug is clean and not clean it yourselfs with something like alcohol, seems that dust is in somewhere, it is very stupid of Sony but nevermind....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
