Arc S battery notification problem

I have an arc s which im using since 7 months with GB as ICS gave a lot of issues..

My problem is that the battery indicates wrong values and the phone shuts down saying battery low even when the battery showed 4% or some yime 12%.

i had this problm twice before this and did a phone repair, My worry is that i hate resetting my phone on and on because i have to reinstal all the apps again.

Any solution without have to loose the apps and resetting it.

I'm sorry but I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.

If the problem still remains you should contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.

In SUS there isnt an option to repair as there is an update to ics.
