i do have the same problem in my TX too, it seems the firmware has different bugs in it, however sony just wont publish any update patch for it.

what bugs i had before as below:

1. Camera Error (App was freezed and no response, reopen and show camera error messege)

2. Walkman

2.1 Playing songs with Wireless Headset Pro Bluetooth, if playing a song and get a screen cap (pressing Lock button and Volume Down), the volume will goes down and up for all songs, quit walkman app doesn't fix, need to reboot

2.2 Playing songs with headphones, this was the first bug i found in TX, don't know why i sync an album in it like 10 mp3, when i play the mp3, it was no sound in headphone, but unplug the headphone, it can play by the speaker. But not all the mp3 has this problem, but you just dont know which song it can play.

3. Battery issue, if you have two batteries, the first one using is going to die any % is the same, when you put the second battery in, it will just show the battery level as the first one. Sony claimed that is cause by the memory of the battery, you have to take out the battery for 30 seconds, then put the new one in.

Most bugs can fix by reinstall the firmware again, however the firmware they launched is still the old version which has different kinds of bugs in!

Xperia T Camera crash

This problem was already explained in another thread (http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/61166?start=0&tstart=0), but Sony Xperia Support only advised to update and/or repair the phone software using PC companion, and stopped responding. Many people following the thread took Sony's advised, including me, but the issue remained:

Problem description:

I open the camera and and take a photo, but then the camera stops working (freezes).
I try to close the camera and a dialog box appears: "camera is not responding, want to wait or close?"

I've tried to wait, but nothing happens.
if i close and try to use the camera again a dialog box appears: "camera error".
everything else works ok, but the camera screen will not work until I restart the phone, and the camera will work fine only for some time.

Please give us some attention. I bought my Xperia T only 1 week ago. Finding an unanswered bug like this, in such a short period of time can be pretty frustrating. Hope somebody can help!

running Andriod 4.0.4 ; 7.0.A.3.195

If Sony support asked you to update,

why are you still on 7.0.A.3.195 when there is a 7.0.A.3.223 update.?

Sony PC Companion tells me that my Xperia T (LT30) already has the most recent update. Do you know of some alternative way to update my phone? thank you for helping!

And according to Sony, it is updated: http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/software/phones/xperia-t/

I can't even find my model on the list of the Portuguese Sony website to check the latest version (http://www.sonymobile.com/pt/software/why-update/).
Had to check on the UK's. Could this be a country related issue? this discrepancy regarding the latest version, I mean.

Not sure why it's not showing on your PC Companion,

have you tried the update center on your phone?

I got an update notification last week.

edit, I'm in UK so yes could be country related, sorry

yes I did. But the update center also tells me that it is updated.

it seems country related: http://www.xperiablog.net/2012/12/12/new-xperia-t-firmware-7-0-a-3-223-now-rolling-out

Thank you for your time, anyway!
Hope this new update doesn't take long to get to Portugal. And above all, I hope it solves this camera issue!
