Xperia Miro confusions

i have recently purcahsed the Miro and im having few concerns.

the first one.. is it a bit slow? i mean i don't find it smooth "all the time".

the games like subway surfers and temple run lag manytimes.

the keyboard lags while im typing in whatsapp.

is it like this way only for every Miro user or should i do something?

next concern is about the front camera. it is soo dark..does not take any good pic video call is just impossible because it is all dark only. just a little things show up but not useful.

im wondering is there something wrong with my phone? or is it almost like this only for this phone?

please guide me.

the front facing camera it's a low res camera you do need to have a light source.

lagging with graphic demanding games make sense as the miro/tipo are low end phones.
