How to press the "Menu" button with a mouse?

Hi,

I've connected a mouse to my Xperia P using some USB OTG cable.

This way I can connect the phone to an LCD screen, and control it remotely.

The only thing I could not figure out is how do I press the phone's "Menu" button using the mouse?

Is there any mouse buttons combination that can trigger the menu?

can you give exaclty the specific application that you want to click with the menu button..cause the mouse can click everything in xperia P.

Don't you have menu icon on your homescreen.Just click on it with the left mouse key.

I'm talking about pressing the "hardware" menu button of the phone, not about a specifica application. Some apps do not provide a soft button to activate the menu, and rely on the user to press that hardware menu button on the phone. Just like the hardware "back" and "home" buttons, that can be pressed on the phone itself, not as part of any application.

Luckily, my mouse has "back" and "forward" buttons, so pressing "back" ont the mouse actually performs the "back" operation on the phone, but I could not find any mouse press that triggers the "menu" actions.

I'm not talking about a menu icon, I'm talking about the "hardware" menu key of the phone itself.

I'm using a UTG cable and a mouse that supports back/forward function on my Xperia P as well as Nexus 7. According to my experience, you cannot 'mouse-click' the menu key on Xperia P, which has a hardware menu key button. On phones/tablets such as Nexus 7, however, you can do so by left-clicking the soft menu key provided by the app. So basicly I'm 'manually‘ pressing the hardware key when I need to, and I haven't found any solution.
