wifi problem (Limited Connectivity)

The Acro S is a great phone, but the wifi makes me forget its glory..

I connected my phone into a free WIFI Hotspot (65mbps) and take note i got a FULL SIGNAL and it says that i have a limited connectivity.

whereas my workmate connected his Note 2 into this wifi without any problem!

I already reconnect and restartesd my phone many times but it stays the same I cant Connect to the Internet.

What might be the problem?

I dont have any ANTI VIRUS nor Firewall installed.

Does this problem occur with all networks or is it just this hotspot that gives you limited connectivity?

Are you sure this hotspot is completely free and that it's not using some sort of protection like MAC-filtering or similar?

no not all wifi networks. its just this specific hotspot

Im quite sure that they're not using those mac filtering as they are promoting their network.

FYI this network is a National Telecommunication network and they are giving free Internet Connection. so i don't think they're using it.

Im really obssesed because they wifi is fast giving me 500KB/s

and by the way i already connected to this network lastweek BUT, now i can;t im back with limited connectivity....
