C6502 After Updated 434, Problem Appear

Hi,

After updated to 434 my dial tone disappear and camera focus (the square thingy) does not turn into green to lock the focus, it do nothing when i touch the screen, no focus sound also

Anyone faced the same issue after updating? Hopefully it just a OS bugs.

I have noticed now and same problem. There is very very very low dial sound now.

Camera is same too.

Thanks for confirming this, it truly a big relief.

Sony has to come with bug fixes, the 434 version has came on 25th Mar 2013, now 14th Apr 2013, it has been nearly 20 days, still no update?

I tested this here with the same firmware and baseband but i can't replicate any problem. You're talking about the dial tones you hear until the other person picks up? Have you tried adjusting the volume while you're hearing these tones?

When i test the camera and the camera focuses the square turns from white to blue when it has focus (both when using touch and camera button). Doesn't that work for you?

Camera focus only turn white to blue when we capture image, normaly when you use touch focus

everytime white square(no blue).

Dialer : before when we touch number there was a bip sound, now there is no sound when we touch numbers. In my setting "touch sound is enable".

Note: when hoparlor on my ears then I touch There is very very low sound I can hear, but say again very low.

I also want to ask a question its very interesting for me.

First I can listen music there is no problem with sound. For me my hoparlor working fine.

I have also SGS3 in my left hand. I play Benji Bananas both phone. Interesting is I hear loudly background music, but very very low monkeys and other effect sound. I test with Xperia S now same

with SGS3. You hear every sound. If you now this game when you pass another world there is good music. I also cant hear this music in Xperia Z.

If you want I can send you video Xperia S,SGS3,XperiaZ.

I also tried touch focus and there's first a white square until the camera has focused. When it has focus the square turns blue and it stays blue until i remove my finger.

If i understand you correctly your square never turns blue (camera doesn't focus)? In that case, try making a repair in PC Companion.

The dial tone i mean is actually is a dial pad sound (sorry for unclear message), the sound when you press the number is too low, hardly to hear it.

For the camera manual focus, yes my square never turn blue if i touch the screen (this is manual focus), if i capture it will turn blue (this is auto focus).

FYI, i have done the repair feature in PC companion but it not solve anything.

Additionally, i can't reduce vibrate intensity in keyboard setting, all level will give same intensity.

Sony can you please reduce the overall vibrate intensity in the next update or maybe you can make an option of intensity level for this.
