    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had no problems with my Neo L for the 1st two months, but yesterday I noticed that the proximity sensor is not working, this is very annoying as calls get muted or disconnected as the screen does not switch off...!       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking at the service menu it should say off. But if you put your finger over the sensor it should say on. Could you please check this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
