xperia Z- email client setup

I cannot setup my email using the inhouse xperia e-mail client, the 'manual' and 'next' button are greyed out. even after i fill in user name and password the option to go to the next page to specify settings is not available...........anyone any ideas how to resolve this??

As I understand you should be able to press Next or Manual setup as long as you enter a valid E-mail address and some password. Like name.name@mail.com.

Make sure that you entered a valid E-mail address.

Yes, but if your internet operator is Telia and you have your e-mailserver at cliché there's a lot of passwords that might come up.....?
