MODEL: sony ericsson xperia neo(mt15i). BUILD NUMBER:4.0.2.A.0.62
PC companion VERSION:2.10.115

THE phone is detected as neo(MT15), NOT MT15i.

when I tried to copy content from iphone, i got:
sony ericsson xperia neo(mt15) has been detected. this phone is not compatible with this application.

does anyone can help?

It will displayed in PCC as MT15, it's normal.

Which function in PCC is it that your try to run when you get this message?

I have a partner who needed to copy the iphone contacts and content to his new galaxy note II and go to an phone shop (here in Spain "The phone house") and they copied it through iDrive because iphone software is very very closed to other platforms. I don't know what's the procedure but they solved it for my partner.
