solve hanging problem when call comes

when i m using any app or game and while running app if any call comes my phone gets hang... if i try to pick up the call i cant.. the mobile just vibrates.. and the call is ansered bt when mobile come normral minimum 10-15 sec of call passes out... so the person on other side who called me gets irritated by saying hello hello....

And this happens every time someone calls you when you're using an app? Seems wierd.

Did you try repairing the phone software via PC Companion?

yes. i tried it for three time.. two times from pc companion and 1 time from the service center.. but no effect.. i usually comes when i m using any app for a long duration and call comes.. to get back to normal i have to restart my phone.... please help me
