I kept trying to figure out what the issue was. Turns out my JVCs work just fine. I tried a friend's Senheisser and there was no output throught the headphones until I pressed it down the 3.5mm slot hard enough. Every time I want to use earphones I have to give it a nice hard push, and as soon as the pressure is lost, the music stops. This is the second time I've had issues with the Go.
