Here in Sweden we also replace the display.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Disappointing Service Duration</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi folks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sent my Xperia S to Sony service center (SEMS Penang, Malaysia) at 18 March 2013, due to the infamous display yellow tint.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A month has since passed, and I'm surpised my phone is still not ready! &lt;BR /&gt;The reason is that the part (front cover) is unavailable yet -- no estimated date could be given.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I wrote an email to Xperia Support to explain the situation, I've been told that the part should be ready by third week of April.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wow this implies that they'll keep the phone for another 2 weeks, for a total of 6 weeks? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sony could you do better in the future? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At this rate there'll be no way I'd recommend this brand to anyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Aren't we supposed to get a 1-1 replacement for the yellow tint defect in the first place?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
