Mobile switches off itself while having low network manytime a day

Hi Sony Support Team,

I have bought Xperia j mobile 5 days ago. For 2-3 days it worked perfect, but from last 2 days is performing terriblly bad.

Whenever network is low and my app is running, it gets hung badly so that I am not at all able to do anything and I have remove battery and reinsert it again.

Sometimes its touch screen also hangs for a while. Hanging is ok for some reason but frequent "SWITCH-OFF" is not at all acceptable.

If your software is having exceptions, then you have to handle it...right???

But your application should never crash.

One more thing, My bluetooth is also not working, It is not able to find any other device neither it is visible to others. I tried with all options provided in the user guide.

I request you to please replace my handset with the same model.

Please help me.

I chose sony because of it's Quality & Support.

i've this issue previously on xperia s...when i was on my previous netwrk phn restrts 3-4 times daily but after netwrk change phn not restrtng nw ....

In some forums I had seen this reboots might be caused by some apps. So as suggested there I uninstalled whatsapp messenger and skype from my phone. After that my phone working fine so far (for last 2 days).

Give it a try.

I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.

If the problem still remains you should contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.
