Updated, but I don't see any noticable changes. It would be great if Sony could provide the changelog just for info purposes.

Heard that this firmware increased the battery life in Xperia U even though WiFi is on, but unsure about Sola.

i Can't belive my self, i plugged my phone and runned PC Companion and it showed me there's a new update, haven't seen that for a while :smileygrin:, gonna update now and check it out

Hi, anyone of you have rooted phones. Do you have the root access after this 6.1.1.B.154 update. I donot have root access after the update and I rooted again using "Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v17"

It did not work.

The rooting is lost after update, and the current Bin4ry simple method does not work.

How did you do that? With flashing .10 kernel, rooting, then flashing .54 kernel?

Is there any other way to update other than connecting to Pc companion or update service, volume down button is not responding so do that type of update...plz help

yes yes.. flash it with .10 and root, then reflash with .54 kernels.. :smileygrin:

Hi guys, I recently bought Xsola and I have been using Gb. Now I want to upgrade to ICS. Should I upgrade? After upgrade can I root the device? If I can root, can someone guide me or link me a tutorial on how to root the device after ICS upgrade?

updated to 6.1.1.B.1.54 today, battery drain seems no change. Very disappointed with this bug fix update.
