      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well, that all depends on the exif-data in the file you are transferring. For example if I send a photo I took yesterday to my colleague, it will appear on yesterdays photos in his phone, since the photo contains exif data that tells the photo was taken yesterday. But if I send a file without any exif, it will appear at the bottom (1970). I also suspect that whatsapp like facebook deletes exif data for privacy reasons, or just to save some kb of data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>Is there a way to tell the phone to ignore this exif-data and arrange pics based on the time it was created/received on your phone? I just edited an image in googles imageapp and it also got 1970 as timestamp, so no privacy issues there... I think its really irritating</description>
