The update is stuck in Connect Screen...its more than 45 mins and it is still at the same screen.

do this

turn off your antivirus and firewall
run SUS
turn off your phone
press and hold volume down
while still holding the volume down connect the usb cable (do NOT release the button)
your phone's notification LED should turn green
