Connected Devices app issue

Hi, im a new xperia P user (2 weeks) until i stumbled upon the "connected devices" App. It can play movies stored in my laptop but for some reasons (after a few minutes of sharing folders on my computer) it stoped working... Here's the message "error, please try again later". Well after trying for at least half a day (with phone restart and wifi restarts, and searches within the internet) this message stays same "error please try again later" could anyone help me please... I gotta say, xperia's bravia reality display is quite clear rather than my laptop screen which has poor viewing angles...

DLNA not really sure if my laptop is certified, running windows 7 and accessing my laptop through wifi

i like watching movies here (even tough its a bit smaller but the image quality of xperia p's takes my movie experience to another level)

could anyone, someone help (movie fanatic) please...

Aha! solved the issue myself (thanks to me) turned on media streaming on homegroup settings...

Something you can try is using a free application from the Playstore called ES File Explorer. This allows you to browse the files on your PC provided it is attached to the same wifi network as your phone.
