W705 - External speaker faulty

I own a W705 and for the past couple of days the external speaker has stopped working. This means I cannot hear the ring tone, handsfree calls or any music.

Also, the headphones which come with the phone stopped working about 2 months ago.

PLUS... the charger doesn't always work (it will display the charging icon on the screen, but when I unplug it in the morning it hasn't charged at all... v annoying!). When it DOES say it's charging if you even slightly touch the jack part which is connected to the phone, it thinks it has been disconnected and stops charging (this also happened to my old K6..something, which had the exact same power/headphone socket - so i know this isn't a one-off fault... again, V annoying!).

Anyway, the phone was bought unbranded in the UK last Christmas, I live in Cambridge UK and would like to know where I can take the phone to have it repaired or replaced.

To reiterate...

unbranded W705 (UK)

1 - External speaker not working (can't hear ring tone, alarm, handsfree calls, etc.)

2 - Charger faulty

3 - Headphones faulty

Who do I contact to get my phone repaired or replaced?

I've tried asking in my local Sony Centre to no avail.

So what did the SE service centre say exactly? Is the phone still under warranty?

No sorry, I meant Sony Centre as in my local Sony retail store... Although this SE service centre sounds just the thing I've been looking for... how do you get in touch with them?
