Ringtones change themselves

Hi,

sorry we have two ARC-S and one great Problem:

At night we turn our mobilephones off and in the morning on. Nearly every morning the phones have changed the Ringtones. We use our own mp3-Song as ringtones, not the installed songs. In addition the phones lost the selfmade Playlists !!!

Sony Germany told me, that we are alone und only our phones are faulty.

Is it like that? Or did someone have the same problem?

Bye the way we changed our SD-Cards.

I hope for your sake it's a software issue which can be solved by installing this programme and repair your phone with it.. I also seldom shut down my phone and reboot it in the morning with my Prodigy- Voodoo People as a ringtone.. I did not have a card with my phone so I also have a 16gb class10 Kingston microSD.... Well, try to repair your phone softwarewise and get back here with an update to your problem:)

You should try with a different sd card!! Have you done that already?:)

yes we have changed the SD-Card month ago. Today I will try to fix the mobilephone with your link.

We will see.
