I'm sorry to hear. Check if you can get connection with the phone using SUS and reinstall the phone software.

http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/

If not, I suggest that you contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.

http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/contact-info/

Update:

I was bringing the phone back to retailer and was sending it to service.

Now, I'm waiting to get it fixed by service.

Question: How can this behaviour of the phone be avoided in future? Any idea?

Remark: In Germany, the custumer can ask to get the money back if retailer/vendor cannot fix the problem after 2 attempts. I certainly will do that, in the case if....

Actually, I'm so sad about the quality of the device. Poor Sony !
