Notification sound problem and call sound clarity after the ics update?!!

After updating to ics i got alot of problems in my sola...there is no notication sound even if put in full volume.it comes on when i restart my phone but goes off again after some time....if i call to my friends/family having sony phones there's alot of noise coming in the call..also there is no good response in the service centre..damn fed up with the phone..sony has to reply to all these problms asap and release a firmware update...if not im planning to change to htc if they dont respond some time soon/....

i am having the same problem of clarity and notification sound. i am getting only FB notification sound. Even sometime i do not get facebooks notifications. Ash91, did you get any solution to your problem???

nothn good till nw...there's an update coming for sola which may release this week...http://www.xperiablog.net/2012/11/08/new-firmware-6-1-1-b-1-54-certified-for-xperia-p-u-go-and-sola/ ......hope this update gets al the bugs done..

I'm sorry to hear. If you are having these problems running on the latest available software I suggest that you contact your local support team to have your phone examined and fixed at an repair center.

johan the customer service has no good information..they ask me to contact my local service centre...the service centre in my city is just crap..they say that sola did not receive ics update still and they are asking me if ive updated my phone to ics illegally....what the hell could i do with such service centre???they are asking me to revert back to gingerbread...will sony release a firmware update to rectify the bugs??if yes,when??

Hi johan,

please give a solution .. dont tell us to go reach repair center and please dont ask to do factory reset or SUS .. we have tried everything.. no notification sound and do u want us to suffer for getting sony products.. more than a month not even a proper response...
