Hi, thanks for the reply!

I already installed the PC companion, but it doesn't seem to find my phone. I've tried both mass storage and windows mode, I tried different USB ports, different cables, and I tried rebooting the computer with the phone connected. Nothing helped so far. Windows try to find a driver on their own (listing the phone as "unknown device"), but they always fail.

I think there might be a conflict with drivers for my older phone - k750i. It can connect just fine - when I plug it in, the computer recognises it as if it were a flash drive and opens it directly without using the pc companion. That's what I'm hoping to be able to do with the new phone, but so far I've had no luck.
