Sony tipo(single sim) is heating up

I bought the phone on 7th nov 2012,

as advised kept the charging for 8hrs,

if i speak on the phone for 15 min the base is getting heated up

if i hear the songs on the mobile normaly,withing 5 min its getting heated up,

Showed it to show room and they have just updated the software saying that since its a new mobile,asked to monitor for 1 day..

even after that heard song on the phone within 5 min agan started heating,

they have not tested the mobile...........

I asm going back again tomorrow with the mobile though.

They say that only if there is tech fault then they will do replacement else they wont?

Do you want me to use the heated equipment all the time if there is no tech fault...?

Tell me what to do?

Is this the service i expect from sony???

Of course not.

You have a 1 year warranty on the unit. If the store refuses to fix it you can send it locally to our repair center.
