I noticed that it was struggling to focus in order to take a photo and even after it did the camera application needed 10 seconds to show me what it photographed. Before the update I could take a photo in less than 2 seconds or even several photos at once. Now instead it takes 6-7 seconds to capture one single photo. I removed several apps that used valuable RAM but nothing changed. The quality is more or less the same and I don't have a clue why this is happening. I own this phone less than 3 months so it has to be something else!
