RAM Problems Major Xperia S

I have build 6.1.A.2.50 and 635mb of RAM that continually runs at over 90%. Even with an app killer has no effect. How do I improve performance? The device is becoming unuable and im totally disatisfied with it!

That is abnormal! Mine has around 150Mb of free ram. Find out which apps are running and consuming your ram. Uninstall or disable them if you don't use them.

BTW, task killer wouldn't help! It will must make things worse. Moreover if you have not already uninstalled the McAfee, uninstall it (and any other Anti-virus app). If you download apps from Google Play only, it is very safe already.

Remove unnecessary apps like liveware McAfee , don't use task killer or battery app , facebook app also eats 65 MB of Ram and that's huge just use browsers instead , i did the same and i always have 280 mb of free ram

Don't change it to ASSUMED ANSWERED. I want an answer from Sony - you sent me a private message but the link does not work. How do i resolve this issue? The phone's performance is as good as useless and I won't be buying another Sony product, that's for sure. How do i enhance the phone's performance before i sell it!

i have same problem, i have sony xperia ion hspa and its free ram is always around 60- 70 mb. and my set is very slow because of that. Please help me.

don't worry about the RAM, if Android need more RAM it will close apps that you are not using, do NOT use any taskillers or RAM apps this will create a lot of issues wit your phone and drain your battery
